Where It All Began
Ramea is more than a wellness brand. It is the continuation of a living Ayurvedic legacy nurtured across five generations.
Our roots trace back to the early 1910s, when respected Ayurvedic practitioner Vaidya Pandit Hardyal practiced traditional herbal healing in Banut, now in Pakistan. Long before modern pharmaceuticals became common, he prepared natural Ayurvedic medicines using carefully selected medicinal herbs and botanical formulations.
Following the partition in 1947, the family relocated to R.S. Pura, Jammu, carrying with them their deep knowledge of Ayurveda and herbal healing traditions a heritage too precious to leave behind.
This legacy was carried forward by Dr. K.L. Khajuria, who played a pioneering role in strengthening Ayurveda in Jammu & Kashmir. The tradition continued through Dr. Ashok Khajuria, who brings over 45 years of expertise in Ayurvedic practice and herbal manufacturing.
Today, founded by Manav Khajuria and supported by Dr. Sugandhi Khajuria, Medical Officer in the AYUSH Department, Ramea represents a modern expression of authentic Himalayan Ayurveda.
